By adding Wumi to a Discord server, using its commands or using the Aesthetic Creators tools, you accept the following.
01What Wumi and the tools are
Wumi is a free Discord bot that handles auto roles, reaction roles, welcome and goodbye messages, moderation tools and mini-games. The Aesthetic Creators tools (embed builder, colored text, text formatting, timestamps, invite links, icon downloader, icon gallery) are free web pages that run in your browser.
Everything is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability. The bot or the site can go offline, lose data after an outage, or stop existing. It is not a paid service and nothing is promised about its continuity.
02Who can add the bot
Anyone with the “Manage Server” permission on a Discord server. By adding Wumi, they accept these terms for that server and agree to tell its members that the bot stores some data (see the Privacy Policy).
03What is not allowed
- Using the bot or the tools to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Trying to bring it down: command loops, bypassing cooldowns, exploiting a bug instead of reporting it.
- Using moderation tools or automatic roles to harass someone.
- Decompiling the bot, impersonating it, or publishing a copy under the same name.
A server that breaks these rules can lose access to the bot without notice.
04Roles and permissions
Wumi can only give roles that sit below its own highest role, and only if it has the permission to manage roles. Server admins decide which roles are handed out automatically and are responsible for that choice (for example, never auto-assign a role with admin powers).
05Content and moderation
Wumi acts on what a server's staff configure. The author of the bot is not responsible for what members write, nor for moderation decisions made by a server's staff. Moderation commands are tools: the humans running the server make the decisions.
06The Aesthetic Creators tools
Some tools ask for a token (to download role icons) or a webhook URL (to send a message made with the embed builder). They are sent straight from your browser to Discord, and you alone are responsible for how you use them.
Downloaded icons, emojis and stickers belong to their creators. Respect their rights when you reuse them.
07Liability
The author of the bot and the tools cannot be held responsible for damage linked to their use: lost data, a wrongly applied sanction, a deleted channel, a role given by mistake, a message sent to the wrong webhook, an account compromised after sharing a token, an interruption of service. If the bot causes you trouble, remove it from your server.
08Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows the last update. Continuing to use the bot or the tools after a change means you accept it.
