This page says exactly what Wumi and the Aesthetic Creators tools store, why, for how long, and how to have it erased.

In short: the bot stores Discord IDs and server settings so that its features work, and it erases everything about a server as soon as it is removed. The tools send nothing to us and store nothing on our machines: everything stays in your browser or goes straight to Discord.

01What the bot stores

For every server that adds Wumi

  • The server ID.
  • The settings chosen by its admins: which roles to give, which channels to use, welcome and goodbye message templates.

Only if the server uses the feature

  • Reaction roles: the IDs of the message, the roles and the linked buttons or emojis.
  • Moderation: sanctions, with their type, the reason written by the moderator, the duration, the date, the member's Discord ID and the moderator's.
  • Logs: events are posted in the channel the server chose. They live in Discord, in that server, not in Wumi's database.

Never stored

  • The content of ordinary messages. Wumi may read them in passing, then forgets them immediately.
  • Private messages and voice conversations.
  • Your email address, IP address, real name or country.
  • Nothing is sold, rented or passed on to anyone.

02For how long

  • Wumi is removed from a server: all data about that server is erased immediately and permanently. No copy is kept.
  • You leave a server where Wumi stays: your sanctions, if any, stay in that server's moderation history until a moderator removes them.

03Where it is stored

In a database on the machine that runs the bot. That machine belongs to the bot's author, not to a third-party service, and nobody else has access to it.

04The tools and the site

What you enter in the tools

  • Token: only used to query Discord's API from your browser. It is never stored and never sent anywhere but Discord.
  • Webhook URL: only used to send your message to Discord, from your browser.
  • Text, embeds, colors: processed in your browser, nothing is sent to our machines.

Stored on your device

The tools keep your theme (light or dark), your language and the message templates you save in your browser's local storage. The site also remembers your language choice. This data never leaves your device: clearing the site's data in your browser erases it.

Third-party services used by the site

  • GitHub Pages hosts the site. Like any host, GitHub may log visitors' IP addresses in its technical logs.
  • Google Fonts provides the fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to load them.
  • Discord (API and CDN) serves icons, emojis and stickers, and receives the tools' requests.
  • cdnjs and jsDelivr provide libraries and icons used by some tools.

The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no ads.

05Getting your data erased

  1. An admin, for the whole server: removing Wumi from the server is enough. Everything goes with it.
  2. A moderator, for a sanction: sanctions describe the server's moderation work, so they are removed by that server's moderators.
  3. For the tools: clear the site's data in your browser settings.
  4. In writing: email zhaakpro@gmail.com. You get an answer within 30 days.

06Minors

Discord forbids its service to people under 13, or under the legal minimum age of their country when higher. Wumi never asks for anyone's age and has no way to check it. If you think a child has data stored, write to us and it will be erased.

07Changes

This document may change. The date at the top shows the last update. Important changes will be announced in the support server.
